Brazil Welding Show

Welcome to the German Pavilion at Brazil Welding Show 2015!

This year the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) as well as the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) are supporting a German group participation, giving 18 companies the possibility to present their excellent products and to offer their renowned services to key players and decision makers from South and Latin America.

In the very near future South America’s largest economy will be investing massively in its infrastructure. 10,000 km of railway track, 7,500 km of new motorways and more than 150 port terminals are to be built in the next two to four years. In addition to that Brazil gives private investors more opportunities, e.g. with two big airports and a large number of regional airports operated privately. On top: Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo come closer together for a high-speed railway line is about to be installed and thus creates a highly dynamic region with some 50 million consumers. Trade Fairs and Exhibitions are interesting tools to serve this market with new products and services.

Not to forget that high investments, in particular, strengthened the gross domestic product in the last two years. Major projects ensure economic growth. Sources forecast investments in transport as well as security and environmental technology around the big events, i.e. World Cup and Olympic Games, of some EUR 40 billion. However, with a still not fully developed industrial sector, Brazil is dependent on foreign companies to implement these ambitious projects of the future – a great opportunity for all companies which present themselves in Brazil.

On behalf of all exhibitors, the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi), the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) and the DVS – German Welding Society welcome you most cordially to the presentation of the Federal Republic of Germany and wish all participants a successful show and extend a warm welcome to all visitors of the German Pavilion at booth G01.

We wish you a pleasant stay and a successful visit to this presentation at BRAZIL WELDING SHOW 2015 in São Paulo.
