The Gulf Education and Training Exhibition (GETEX) is the region’s most effective forum for student recruitment and is considered the leading networking arena for regional and international education professionals, teachers, trainers, students, and industry suppliers. GETEX Spring 2015, now in it 27th year, will welcome over 20,000 parents and students and 10,000 industry professionals. This three-day event will showcase over 2,500 opportunities for higher education, professional development, and training from leading universities and academic institutions worldwide.
The Career Advisory Forum is GETEX’s latest initiative to provide students with workforce hiring insight and face-to-face networking opportunities with top regional employers. The Counselors Forum brings together 100 student guidance counselors from the region for interactive panel discussions on topics such as admissions procedures and assessing academic and faculty quality.
GETEX helps exhibitors engage with target audiences, laying the groundwork for successful student conversions and increased marketing visibility. GETEX has a year-to-year 90% retention rate for exhibitors, confirming a return on investment for the event’s exhibiting partners.
GETEX 2015 will co-host the International Universities Networking Conference Middle East and Africa 2015 (IUNC Middle East and Africa 2015). GETEX and IUNC Middle East and Africa 2015 have aligned to expand value-added B2B networking opportunities and foster knowledge sharing between global partners and academic alliances.
