INDEX International Design Exhibition

Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the International Design Exhibition (INDEX) maintains its premiere status as the MENA regions largest and most diverse interior design exhibition. With over 23,000 attendees expected, the event brings together architects and designers from all sectors of the interiors industry, including more than 800 of the world’s most prolific manufacturers and suppliers. Last year’s event generated significant profits for exhibiting partners with visitors placing new product orders worth over 2.5 billion USD.

Featuring the eight dedicated sectors of furnishings, furniture, kitchen and bathroom, lighting objects, outdoor living, retail and textiles, exhibitors will cover the spectrum of products and services required for the design, fit out, and upgrade of residential, retail, and hospitality spaces.

INDEX also features Artists’ Avenue, the Trend Tour, Design Talks, the Majlis Design Competition, Live Art Installations, the Product Design Awards, Student Design Challenge Middle East, and Fresh. INDEX 2015 will debut three new sub-sectors, Artisan, which displays a variety of designer, ethnic, and modern handmade crafts and objets d’art; the Contemporary Collection, with a focus on contemporary furniture design; and Sleep, with a focus on mattresses, bedding, and related accessories.

INDEX features the exclusive, invite-only ONE VIP Programme for key buyers that guarantees a personalised event experience and a range of premium services. The Programme represents an elite network of key regional buyers from across the Middle East and North Africa. Last year, over 2,700 ONE VIP members attended INDEX.
