Middle East Film and Comic Con (MEFCC), the region’s largest popular culture festival, returns for the fourth time and promises to be bigger and better than last year’s event. MEFCC has grown dramatically over the past couple of years attracting thousands of fans from around the region. MEFCC has become a perennial showcase of all things entertainment and popular culture including film, TV, science fiction, animation, manga, comics, collectibles and much more.

MEFCC is really all about the fans, and last year did not disappoint. Attendees had the chance meet Christopher Sabat, Max Landis, martial arts duoTony Jaa and Michael Jai White, Sylvestor McCoy and Giancarlo Espositio, who played Gustavo Fring from the award-winning series Breaking Bad. Tom Root and Seth Green, from Robot Chicken fame, and Taylor Kitsch, from John Carter, proved to be audience favourites in 2014.

More than 200 Exhibitors will promote and sell games, t-shirts, comics, action figures, branded electronics, posters, signed memorabilia, original artwork, and exclusive merchandise.

To increase growth and collaboration in the Middle East Film and Comic sector, MEFCC has added a B2B Networking event that joins regional entertainment, media, creative, and retail industries with international guests and exhibitors. Over the past three shows, education has become a key focus with school and university groups having opportunities to attend workshops and meetings with artists and industry professionals.
