Monumento Salzburg 2016

The Monumento is a public trade fair for monument preservation, conservation and restoration, which is held every two years, will take place at Messezentrum Salzburg on 28–30 January 2016.

The theme of this year’s instalment is “Material and Emotion”. In 2016, Monumento will be held under the auspices of ICOMOS (the Austrian national committee of the International Council on Monuments and Sites) and UNESCO (the UN Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage).

The trade fair will feature presentations, podium discussions and special exhibitions.

For the second time in a row there will be an official German Pavilion including an information desk and a joined company exhibition. 20 German companies from different sectors in the preservation field will present their products, services and skills on the 2016 show.
