With the majority of the UAE’s increasing population made up of expats, there is a steady rise in the demand for housing. The number of units handed over in 2014 has grown significantly and this trend is expected to continue with a direct impact on the need for home appliances. Growth for this market sector has increased year on year with the current UAE home appliances market estimated at 2.5 billion AED. It is expected to grow to 4 billion AED over the next 2 years.
