WETEX 2015 is the region’s largest exhibition for the water, energy, and environmental technology industries. With the theme ‘At the Forefront of Sustainability’, WETEX is an ideal platform to discuss how to build a sustainable future by conserving water, saving natural resources, and reducing emissions.

WETEX will focus on the entire spectrum of water, energy and environmental technologies and will bring together solution providers, investors, government decision makers, potential business partners and consumers from the public and private sectors. WETEX will host more than 1,000 international companies showcasing the latest technologies, products and services, as well as promote the sharing of best practices amongst approximately 12,000 of the industry’s key players.

DEWA will lead two initiatives during WETEX 2015. Green Week includes a series of activities promoting rational consumption, the green economy, and sustainable development for Dubai’s community. The second being SmarTech which will feature the latest products, technologies, and solutions related to energy and water efficiency, as well as residential and commercial green-building solutions.

Held under the directive of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai and under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance of the UAE and President of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), this year will mark the 17th edition of WETEX.
