Welcome to the German Pavilion – the presentation of the Federal Republic of Germany at CIOE 2015!
The China International Optoelectronic Exposition has developed into a leading trade fair in China since its launch in 1999. The main product segments are optical communication, lasers, precision optics, optical displays and LED lighting.
The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry open the German Pavilion at the CIOE in 2015 the sixth time in a row. SPECTARIS, the German industry association for the high-tech medium-sized business sector, accompanies the German exhibitors and provides professional assistance.
China is one of the biggest producers of photonics with market shares of more than 20 %. Moreover the importance of China as a trade partner for Germany has increased over the last years. 11 % of the entire German exports of photonic goods were delivered to the People’s Republic of China in 2014. This underlines China’s role as an essential trade partner for the German photonics industry.
The CIOE has become one of the most important trade shows for German companies in the optical technology sector. Within an official German pavilion they exhibit and present their products, solutions and services.
