Gulfood is the world’s biggest annual food and hospitality show where international flavours meet world-class businesses. Gulfood 2015 strives to inspire and inform with the promise that this year’s exhibition will be the biggest to date with over 4,500 exhibitors and record numbers from Europe and South American participants. Trade show visitors are also invited to celebrate Gulfood’s 20th anniversary. The guest list includes 1,000 industry decision makers, and the party promises to be the ultimate celebration of all that’s best in the Middle East’s food and beverage industry.
Gulfood 2015 will also present the 4th annual Gulfood Conferences, where key regional and international industry leaders share knowledge, experience and expertise; and the Emirates Culinary Guild Salon Culinaire, where more than 1,300 young chefs compete to become culinary stars of the future. The 6th annual Gulfood Awards reward those who do it best by recognizing superior achievement in food and beverage products and services.
Coffee enthusiasts will be thrilled with Gulfood’s first-time partnership with the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE). SCAE will stage a series of demonstrations and presentations showcasing coffee excellence and brewing techniques from top baristas.
Gulfood 2014 recorded more than 81,600 visitors from 170 countries. Approximately 94% of participants rated last year’s event as Good to Excellent.
